During the Middle Age, Florence was an important cultural, economic and financial center and its streets originated in the second half of the fourteenth century, the Renaissance. The city is replete with history, art, philosophy and science and there are samples of it in every corner. To make sure you don’t miss anything essential, the guide will take you on an itinerary full of curiosities and interesting facts that will allow you to admire Piazza del Duomo, Mercato Nuovo, Piazza della Repubblica or Palazzo Strozzi. You will walk over the Vecchio Bridge and from there you will reach the Palazzo Vecchio. You will have some free time to eat on your own and taste the typical Panzanella or Panino col lampredotto. If you want to make the most of your time in Florence you can book the option that includes tickets to “Galleria dell’Accademia” and see closer Michelangelo’s David. This part will not be guided, but our team will ensure you the direct entrance to the monument.

After the lunch break you will return to the bus to go to Pisa. Upon arrival, you will go to Piazza dei Miracoli, declared a World Heritage Site and where the Pisan Romanesque style cathedral is located.
